When enabled, the External Horn
and Lights Alarm feature will re-load itself once a radio-user's (PTT or any Control Head) button-press
has deactivated an External Alarm. When the Horn
and Lights field is CPS-enabled
and the Horn and Lights feature is radio-user activated, an incoming call
first initiates the alarm. This feature applies on a radio-wide channel basis.
When disabled, the External Horn
and Lights Alarm is initiated by an incoming call, and then deactivated
by a radio-user button press. However, the radio-user must
manually re-activate (re-load) the alarm with a 
Horn
Lights button-press or a
Horn
and Lights menu-selection.
When the Horn and Lights field is enabled, and
when the radio is model / option capable.
